About the Role
As an Account Executive at Everest, you'll be instrumental in our mission to transform ERP technology for SaaS companies. Partnering closely with our senior leadership, you'll build and execute a GTM strategy that positions Everest as the ERP of choice for high-growth SaaS businesses. This is a unique opportunity to get in early and shape the sales foundation at a rapidly growing startup. Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition from marketing, outbound prospecting, and strategic account targeting in the mid-market and enterprise SaaS segment
- Own the full sales cycle from initial prospect engagement through contract negotiation and close, managing complex, multi-threaded enterprise deals

What You Bring
- 5-8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with at least 3 years carrying individual quota in enterprise or mid-market segments

Core Database Engine Developer (Rust Developer)
Location: Cape Town
WHAT YOU GET TO DO
- You will work with an incredible team of world-class developers to deliver the core data engine of the Everest ERP platform.
- Design and implement core services such as sandboxing and other shared functionalities used across the ERP.
- Develop mechanisms to expose stored data to AI systems, unlocking insights for customers while ensuring security and reliability.

Marketing Working Students

Everest Systems is hiring a couple of marketing student workers to support our growing go-to-market engine. You'll work across a range of marketing activities — from event logistics and campaign operations to reporting and market research. This is a hands-on role where you'll get exposure to the full breadth of B2B SaaS marketing at an early-stage company.
We're a small, fast-moving team, which means you won't be doing busywork. The things you work on will directly impact pipeline, sales conversations, and how we show up in market. We'll give you clear playbooks and templates for recurring work, and you'll have real autonomy to execute.
An important note on AI: We are an AI-native company, and we expect you to work like one. You should be comfortable using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) as part of your daily workflow — for drafting copy, researching markets, summarizing information, building templates, and accelerating repetitive tasks. Events & Conferences
- Research relevant conferences and industry events across Europe (and selectively in the US) that align with Everest's target markets and buyer personas
- Evaluate events for fit: audience profile, cost, sponsorship tiers, speaking opportunities, attendee quality
- Handle event logistics end-to-end once approved: registration, booth setup, shipping, travel coordination, collateral preparation
- Support pre-event outreach (email invitations, LinkedIn touchpoints) and post-event follow-up workflows

- Set up and manage our recurring live weekly demo, including a session timed for European audiences

- Support one-off webinars as needed — coordinate with speakers, manage rehearsals, run day-of logistics
Field Team Support
- Support the European field team with localized materials, event coordination, and account research

Competitive & Market Intelligence

Social Media Support

Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university program in Germany (marketing, business, communications, or related field)

- Comfortable working independently with limited real-time supervision — you'll get clear direction and playbooks, but you need to be able to run with things

Key Responsibilities
Client & Project Delivery
- Contribute to multiple ERP implementation projects end-to-end, managing scope, schedule, and risk across functional workstreams.
