About the Role
As an AiSpecify Developer at Everest Systems, you will be at the forefront of building AI-native functionality for modern business applications. You will design and develop intelligent software components using our proprietary generative AI framework and drive the full lifecycle of agentic AI systems — from specification to business application.
This role sits at the intersection of AI research, product innovation, and enterprise-grade software engineering. You will collaborate closely with product and domain experts to translate real-world business challenges into scalable, high-quality business applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop state-of-the-art software components using Everest’s generative AI framework
- Own the full lifecycle of agentic AI development — from requirement specification to implementation, testing, and evaluation
- Design and implement native AI functionality within business and ERP applications
- Collaborate with product teams to define features and enhancements aligned with customer needs

Qualifications
Educational Background
- University degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python or TypeScript

Core Database Engine Developer (Rust Developer)

WHAT YOU GET TO DO
- You will work with an incredible team of world-class developers to deliver the core data engine of the Everest ERP platform.
- Design and implement core services such as sandboxing and other shared functionalities used across the ERP.
- Develop mechanisms to expose stored data to AI systems, unlocking insights for customers while ensuring security and reliability.

WHAT YOU NEED
- Strong interest and experience in databases and systems-level development.
- Working knowledge of PostgreSQL or Aurora is a plus, heavy user experience for a database system is required; development-level knowledge is a strong plus.

About the Role
Everest is seeking skilled accounting professionals who are interested in transitioning into a product management role building a modern financial system. We believe that knowledgeable domain experts are the best suited to define requirements and build solutions that not only address the everyday needs of the users of a financial system but positively impact the quality of their work.
The core responsibility of a Product Manager (PM) is to translate complex requirements into feature definitions and models that the development team can implement in the ERP product.
You will leverage your accounting knowledge to effectively explain feature requirements to developers, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. Compensation
Compensation for this role consists of a base salary and an options grant, with the base salary expected to range from $180,000 to $220,000 +. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience.
